The first sentence is clunky (both halves ending with the same word, you) and would benefit from being written differently, but it isn’t incorrect, so I’ll leave it alone. However, the dialogue in the second sentence is a comma splice (two sentences run together with a comma) and needs a period after explain.
A van stops in front of you, and everyone inside looks exactly like you. One of them tosses you a gun and says, “No time to explain. Get in the van!”
