Today’s second glitch:
Because the words function as a single adjective, hyphenate all-female.
Spell out first.
Either change the comma after mission to a period or add and before they.
An all-female crew is picked for the first Mars mission, and they all come back pregnant.
(It’s a bad idea for a story, in my opinion, but it is the sort of thing Hollywood loves for a “science fiction” horror film or whatever. *shrug* Also, the example says only that these women are picked for the mission to Mars; it doesn’t say they go.)
